Welcome to VERAX. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from VERAX, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
VERAX makes every effort to accurately represent our products through product photography, descriptions, sizing information, and other information provided on our website.
The product photos and descriptions displayed on the individual product page represent the item being offered for sale.
Because of differences in screens, lighting, photography, materials, manufacturing processes, and individual pieces, there may be minor differences between the product shown online and the physical product received.
These minor differences do not automatically constitute a defect or misrepresentation.
2. ONE-OF-ONE & HAND-ALTERED PRODUCTS
Some VERAX products are individually altered, distressed, painted, modified, or otherwise finished by hand.
When a product is specifically identified as a ONE-OF-ONE, this means the final piece may not look exactly identical to the product photography or to another version of the same design.
Hand-altered products are intentionally unique.
VERAX will make a reasonable effort to recreate the advertised style, concept, and overall appearance; however, we cannot guarantee that every hand-altered detail will be identical to the photos.
If you do not want the possibility of natural variation that comes with a one-of-one or hand-altered piece, do not purchase the item.
By purchasing a one-of-one or hand-altered product, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
One-of-one and hand-altered products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due solely to differences in appearance that are consistent with the product’s disclosed one-of-one nature.
3. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
The fulfillment and shipping timeline listed on the individual product page applies to that specific product.
VERAX sells different types of products, and production times may vary depending on the item.
Always review the product description before purchasing.
If a product listing states a specific production, fulfillment, or shipping timeframe, that timeframe is the applicable estimate for that product.
Production time and carrier transit time may be separate. A stated fulfillment period does not necessarily mean the package will arrive within that same period.
VERAX does not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed timeline before purchasing.
If an unexpected delay occurs that prevents VERAX from fulfilling an order within the promised timeframe, VERAX will provide the applicable delay information and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
4. PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order products are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed and may require longer fulfillment periods.
The estimated timeframe for each pre-order will be displayed on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not necessarily ready to ship immediately.
If production is delayed beyond the originally stated timeframe, VERAX may contact you with an updated estimated fulfillment date and any options required by applicable law.
5. ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:
- Name
- Shipping address
- Email address
- Phone number, when requested
- Selected size
- Selected color
- Product selection
VERAX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to VERAX because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
6. FINAL SALE / REFUNDS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, VERAX does not accept returns or provide refunds simply because a customer:
- Changed their mind
- No longer wants the item
- Does not like the item after receiving it
- Expected the item to look different
- Expected the item to fit differently
- Decided they do not like the style
- Believes the product does not match their personal expectations when it matches the listing
Please review the product photos, description, sizing information, and fulfillment timeframe before purchasing.
Our full Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders and is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
7. DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If VERAX or a manufacturing partner makes an error, such as sending the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or providing a product with a verified manufacturing defect, VERAX may provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, or other evidence so that VERAX can verify the issue.
VERAX may require the original item to be returned before sending a replacement when appropriate.
8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers agree to contact VERAX directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback when an issue concerns an order, product, shipping delay, refund request, or other customer-service matter.
VERAX will make a reasonable effort to resolve legitimate issues directly.
If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving an order or without first giving VERAX a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, VERAX may submit relevant transaction information and supporting documentation to the payment processor or financial institution.
This documentation may include, where applicable:
- Order confirmation
- Product description and photographs shown at the time of purchase
- Customer’s selected size/color/product
- Proof that the customer agreed to the store’s policies
- Fulfillment records
- Shipping and tracking information
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications
- Photos of the product before shipment
- Replacement or resolution offers
- Refund records
- Other information relevant to the transaction
VERAX does not waive any rights to respond to or contest an improperly filed payment dispute.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law.
9. PRODUCT LISTINGS & AVAILABILITY
VERAX reserves the right to modify product designs, descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information when necessary.
If an error occurs in a product listing, including an incorrect price or product description, VERAX may contact the customer regarding the error and determine the appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
Product availability may be limited.
Certain VERAX products may be released as limited quantities or one-of-one pieces and may not be restocked.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All VERAX branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, written content, product concepts, website content, and other original materials displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to VERAX unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use VERAX’s intellectual property without written permission.
11. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the website or its content for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the website.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, payment systems, customer information, or other protected areas.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VERAX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. POLICY CHANGES
VERAX may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms before placing an order.
14. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing the VERAX website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these Terms of Service, the applicable product description, shipping information, and Return & Refund Policy.
By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
