RETURN & REFUND POLICY
VERAX operates on a no-refund, no-return basis unless the issue is the result of a mistake on our end or a verified manufacturing defect.
Before ordering, please make sure you carefully review the product photos, description, sizing information, and any listed production or shipping timelines. What you see is what you receive. We do not alter or misrepresent our products from the images shown on the website.
Refunds, returns, or replacements will only be considered if we can verify that:
• You received the wrong size
• You received the wrong color
• Your order contains the wrong item
• The product has a verified defect that was present when it was received
• The issue was caused by a manufacturing error or an error made by VERAX
If the issue is verified as our mistake or a manufacturer error, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.
NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you receive your order and simply do not like the product, changed your mind, or expected the product to look or feel different based on your personal expectations, this does not qualify for a refund or return.
If the product you receive matches the product shown and described on our website, we are not responsible for expectations that differ from the actual product.
Please understand that purchasing from VERAX means purchasing the specific piece represented through our product photography and description.
ONE-OF-ONE / DISTRESSED PIECES
Some VERAX pieces are intentionally distressed, altered, or individually finished. When a product is specifically listed as ONE-OF-ONE, the final piece may have variations in distressing, markings, placement, or other details.
These variations are intentional and are part of what makes the piece unique. A one-of-one item is not expected to look identical to another piece.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items may require additional production time. The estimated production and shipping timeline will be stated on the individual product page.
If a verified issue occurs with a pre-order, the replacement may require additional production time as well. The replacement will still be fulfilled once the corrected piece is available.
